The Forum is unique in retail
for developing the potential of senior managers
![]() |
John Dean Chief Executive bssa The Oxford Retail Masters Forum was established in 2006, following an identified gap in generic retail development at a senior level within the Industry. For nearly 80 years the Association has been running the Oxford Summer School for less experienced managers. |
|
Now this expertise has been amalgamated with assistance from the retail seat at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University to produce the Oxford Retail Masters Forum. The Forum looks at the overall challenges facing the retail world of both today and tomorrow with the assistance of recognised experts in specific fields such as global sourcing, ethical trading, demography, business management and climate change. Nothing like the Forum exists currently – it is unique. It is a chance to network with other companies, learn from world class speakers and to stretch yourself in a challenging but supportive environment. Companies such as Harrods, John Lewis, B&Q, Comet and WH Smith have participated and I urge you to consider widening your retail horizons by attending yourself or sending colleagues on the next Forum. |
